Brice founded Baxter Construction in the summer of 1995. Through the years he has continued his education and earned his C.G.R. and C.A.P.S. designations. Most recently Brice was honored by the Central Washington Home Builders Association as they named him 2007 Remodelor of the Year.

Brice's primary roll is working directly with the customers and estimating their jobs. Brice is very active at his church, Yakima Christian Center. He is also on the school board at Riverside Christian School.

His hobbies are hiking, hunting, golfing and spending time with his family.

When you call Baxter Construction you are most likely going to hear Mari's friendly voice. If you have questions regarding meeting with Brice or billing then again Mari is the one you need to talk with. Mari has been keeping us organized for a little over five years and we are grateful that she is a part of our team.

Darren works primarily in the office assisting Mari and Brice keeping their hands free to accomplish their tasks. He helps with estimating jobs and doing much of the follow up with customers and insurance adjusters. He also is responsible for much of our computer networking,  website and public relations.

Darren and his wife Renee have been married for 21 years and have six children, four girls and two boys. They run Great Exchange Ministries, a faith-based aftercare ministry, helping individuals to overcome addictions and build good and noble lifestyles.

Servando has been with us since 1998. He is our go to guy with experience in all phases of construction. He usually has at least two or three crews that he is supervising.

If your job includes interior remodel or finish work most likely Servando will be at your home making sure every detail is done to perfection.

In his off time he enjoys spending time with his family. He loves when they get to go fishing.

Dick comes to us with a lifetime of experience. He started out when he was 11 years old working with his father at the Yakima Airport doing custom woodwork on airplanes. He since that time has owned three construction companies. He has built everything from fences to custom homes.

Dick currently is supervising the building of Brice and Melissa's ranch home. In his spare time he enjoys building custom cabinets and furniture. He loves spending time with his wife, Nina and their four-legged friends. If you can't find him he is probably curled up somewhere with western novel.

Tracy has been with us for almost five years, now. He has proved to be a valuable asset to our team. He currently serves as a Project Manager. Primarily he supervises most of our addition projects. So if you looking to expand your borders Tracy is most likely going to see your project through from start to finish. He also is our go to person if we need any windows or doors installed.

Tracy loves spending time with his wife and grandkids. He loves baseball and has been seen on a few golf greens in his off hours.

RD is our finish specialist. If there is something that is going to require a special touch to make it right we send for RD. With a lifetime of experience and a van loaded with tools he can fix most problems. RD tag teams with Tracy much of the time on additions to have the right blend of skills to take the project from start to finish.

RD, like a few others around here enjoys a good game of golf. He loves coaching basketball. He enjoys time with his wife and family. RD has taken several missionary trips to places in the Philippians and Africa.
